We’re asking you to go on a journey with God and your entire Cornerstone family. It is our hope that everyone would be part of this initiative as God continues to bless us individually and as a church.
One Fund
With Deploy we are all on ONE MISSION: The mission of Connecting People to Jesus for Transformed Lives. For 2013 – 2014, Deploy will increase our ONE FUND and make a huge investment that will create a total ministry impact.
Mid-Tour Commitment, November 2 & 3
We would like to ask every individual and family to join us on November 2 or 3 for worship service and to make a radically generous commitment to Deploy. For some of you this will be a time to confirm your commitment from last year. Maybe God has blessed you in surprising ways that will allow you to expand your gift. It is our prayer that you will accept the four missions: to Bring, to Invest, to Give, and to Go.
Special 1 Year Anniversary Nov 23 & 24
The weekend of November 23-24 we will be collecting a special Mid-Tour Offering. Please take this opportunity to reach 50% of your commitment. If you planned to make a one-time sacrificial gift, we urge you to use this weekend to fulfill your commitment. It will help tremendously with the launch of Cornerstone Pontoon Beach and with initial construction costs.
Your Role
To make Deploy a reality, everyone at Cornerstone will be challenged to participate and contribute in a huge way. While faithful tithes and offerings can provide for the church’s operational needs, we all will need to give sacrificially to fund the effort to Deploy into the future of Cornerstone. We ask you to consider a few types of giving: Consider making sacrifices that would allow you to give over and above your normal giving.
Many of us may have the capacity to give from accumulated resources. These are blessings God provided for us in the past that could be used to give generously to His purposes and plans today. Stored resources could include a savings account, valuables, stocks or property to sell.
The Make a Commitment page gives you the opportunity to commit to Deploy for the first time, confirm or increase your original commitment. Please be praying about your personal financial commitment and how you can expand your generosity to reach $5.2 million through 2014.A huge piece of our Deploy initiative has been the multi-site component. The page also gives you the opportunity to commit to the Pontoon Beach campus.
